It's been talked about for the past month, especially after Earth2.io founder Shane Isaac tweeted out that the company had reached a six-figure deal with a customer support agency. It appears that day is finally here as you can now enter a ticket for a customer support issue instead of submitting an e-mail.

When you click on Submit a request button on the bottom right it takes you to this page:
Now how efficient the ticketing system will be is another question. Will it speed up responses? What will the average response time be? These are all questions Earth2 users will want answers to in the coming weeks and months. Regardless, it's good to see there is indeed progress being made on this important issue.
